Staying Safe from Covid-19 and Creating Jobs with Cannabis

#ImRollingWithGretchen

All of those people in Operation Gridlock are wasting their time trying to recall Governor Gretchen Whitmer. There will be no need to write tickets for congregating in a group because GM, Ford, and Hyundai are making more ventilators and test kits by the hour for Covid-19.

Fixing my damn street with Hempcrete is a saying that is catching on with some residents in the City of Detroit. There are too many pot-holes in county and local roads like Hamtramck Drive around the General Motors plant in Detroit and Oakland Avenue in Highland Park Michigan. With the use of Hempcrete to fix the streets, people will have better things to do besides trying to recall Governor Gretchen Whitmer. We the taxpayers have a lot of our money invested into the Michigan National Guard. Once mobilized, they could use the work administering tests for Covid-19 to all citizens by May 15th with a revision in the Federal Affordable Care Act to cover the costs.

#FreeGretchen

Instead of trying to recall the Governor, you would be better off getting her to sign all of the legislation that the Late Rep. Isaac Robinson got approved by the House of Representatives into law. That would include expungement reform for marijuana convictions and, amending the legislation with banning the use of marijuana against a prospective employee as a condition of employment. This is much safer than being on the capitol steps without masks and gloves from the danger of Covid-19. The major problem is Michigan State Senator Peter Lucido, who does not support the advancement of the legislation for the Governor's signature. To correct this problem you must contact his office daily and ask him to support House bill 5120 with the amendments for the Governor’s signature into the law of the land.

Website: Citizen Request Form for Gov Gretchen Whitmer
Website: Michigan State Senator Mike Shirkey - Majority Leader
Website: Michigan House of Representative Lee Chatfield
Website: House Bill 5120 - Expungement Rep. Isaac Robinson(D) 4th District

For the people who are going to the State Capitol in Lansing Michigan who know and don’t care that the Covid-19 is killing more black people than other ethnic groups, go straight to hell and have a good day. For the everyone else, be safe and wear a mask! Covid-19 is absolutely for real! Someone will get data right and develop a vaccine to stop this thing and Gov Whitmer will have more time to create jobs with cannabis. This is much more effective that a recall attempt.

With these changes, we can fix our streets with Hemp-Crete and, Make Michigan great again at the same time.

Rest in Power Isaac Robinson, Your Work Will Not Be in Vain

From a constituent of  Representative Isaac Robinson

We the people have lost our representative in Lansing. Isaac Robinson was a Detroit sports fan like the rest of us. You would see him in our neighborhoods and at Detroit Lions football games. This is a huge loss for us in District 4 and the State of Michigan. In his own way, Isaac Robinson is currently leading the charge to fight the corona virus.

He would have supported the fight by bringing aircraft into and out of Detroit City Airport(KDET) with gloves, masks, ventilators, and testing kits. These supplies would be rapidly deployed into the neighborhoods to be used at recreation centers like Lasky Rec and, church parking lots by licensed medical professionals. By utilizing City Airport, identifying a virus would be much faster so that a vaccine may be developed. Products manufactured and, shipped to hot-spots in the world from Detroit would help ignite an economic recovery that would benefit everyone. We feel his spirit saying to us it is time to use every asset available in the City of Detroit to bring a solution to this problem.

To manufacture the needed equipment you need people to make it work. In order to hire them they have to pass a drug test for #Covid19 and #Cannabis.  Given the need for workers to make the things we need, Rep Robinson would have asked for an executive order from the Governor to remove all penalties for testing positive for marijuana use as a condition of employment. This would accomplish the goal of stimulating the economy by removing another barrier to employment to anyone who wants to work.

Our needs in the District will never go away. The speaker of the Michigan House of Representatives is now in charge of our votes and, we need a voice in Lansing so that our voices will never be silenced.  From now until December 31st, 2020, we are in a war for survival with our leader in the wings directing the team. Therefore we the people must finish his work by making sure that the legislation he championed for gets signed into law.

Isaac's List
  • Expungement of Marijuana penalties from a persons record and, their use as a condition of employment.
  • Equity on Auto Insurance Rates
    • Statewide flat rate reforms
  • Fixing the Damn roads
    • Fix  our Damn street with Hempcrete!
      • Hamtramck Drive around the General Motors Plant. and
      • Oakland Avenue in Highland Park MI with the help of Senator Adam Hollier's constituents and friends
  • Preventing Hazardous Waste from being dumped in our neighborhood

Therefore take the time to contact Governor Whitmer and, all the Michigan legislators in Lansing Michigan while you are sheltering in place.

Call, email or click submit because we the people are tired of it.

We the people will get the work of Issac to the house of the law in the land by; hitting the home run, making the shot from the 3 point line, sending a one timer from the blue line, putting it in on a penalty kick or, scoring on a end run because, now is the time to get the job done.

At 12:00pm and on 4:20pm during the month of April 2020, make sure you transmit your website responses by clicking the submit button on the Governor's or Speaker of the Michigan Senate website contact form.  If enough of you click the submit button at the same time while you are sheltering in place, they will get the message loud and clearly.

Gov Gretchen Whitmer

Science and education go together because like any virus, whether its on a computer or a biological one it must be defeated.

Otherwise,
Rest in Power Isaac Robinson your spirit will always be with us.

George Cushingberry Jr. Acquitted of All Charges In Federal Court

Press Release:

On March 11, 2020  US District Court Judge Marianne O. Battani dismissed all charges against retired Michigan State Representative and former Detroit City Council-member George Cushingberry Jr.  In a 23 page ruling, Judge Battani ruled that Cleo Wiley did not have sufficient evidence of sexual harassment and, was not entitled to protection under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as an Independent Contractor.  The court properly ruled that anyone working for a Detroit City Council member is an at will employee subject to immediate dismissal.  When you accept a job as a legislative aide, you have a resignation letter already filled out.

A review of the record shows that Ms. Wiley took revenge against Mr. Cushingberry because he rejected her sexual advances after a brief affair in 2008.  When the affair ended, she continued to work for him until 2017. The record is clear in showing that:

  • Ms. Wiley maliciously tried to include other women and, men who did not support her claims of sexual harassment.
  • Ms. Wiley was involved in other relationships while pursuing Mr. Cushingberry for sexual harassment allegations.

The record shows that the timing of the  filing was done under the guise of the #MeToo movement for financial gain and, to prevent the re-election of George Cushingberry to the Detroit City Council in 2017 and, the Michigan State Senate in 2018.

Like #metoo victim Congressman John Conyers, George Cushingberry Jr. has since retired from politics and practicing law. He is enjoying life again with friends, family and, thankful that this case is finally over.

A Message From Daniel Dario Trevino(P.O.W) - USA v Trevino

By Danny Dario Trevino - Prisoner Of Weed via Facebook

"Trevino got more time in prison than a white man from Canada mailing Marijuana seeds."  - Richard Clement 420 Jobs Coalition member

Hello people. In case you haven't heard, I was sentenced to 15 years and eight months in prison for medical marijuana. This post may be a little lengthy but it's good and it's needed. Please read...

Please keep in mind the charges were only from hydroworld operations in which most of these charges were one in state court but the victories in State Court mean nothing in federal court. Just a reminder to marijuana business owners. The state license to own a marijuana business hold absolutely zero protection. If you're counting section 538 of the Rider  bill (Rorhabacher-Farr)it only protects medical marijuana. Not recreational marijuana. If you're wondering why my sense is so high then please read this...

The bulk of my sentence comes from the amount of marijuana. I was convicted on in my case because we kept winning and State Court we were comfortable in believing we were compliant so we stayed open second because the feds chose to pick up the case years later,(according to my paperwork).

Daniel Dario Trevino  #GirlDad

The amount of marijuana weighed increased not sure why the feds allowed us to stay open for so long. During the trial I was convicted of 1000kg from 2010 through 2016. Here's how the sentencing Works federally. My amount was reduced to 400 kg instead of 1000kg so in the federal system sensing system my base amount of 400 kilograms landed me at level 26 (63 to 78 months) in prison to start. Next, because it was my business my base level was increased by four levels. This increase is called "an organized or leader of criminal activity"(I was the boss of 3 or more people. We all file taxes and for a while we had payroll so it was hard to argue that fact,  but it raise my base offense level was increased from 26 to 30 (97 to 121 months) in prison. Next my base offense levels were were increased again.

Because I rented building for the purpose of marijuana maintaining a drug establishment. My base offense level was increased two more points putting my offense level at a 32 (121 to 151 months) in prison. Next my base offense level was raised two more points to the criminal livelihood enhancement basically this means if I had more than minimum wage for over 6 months (if I remember correctly) then I am to receive a 2-point enhancement which now puts me out of base level of 3451 to 188 months. The IRS told me how to file as a marijuana business so I did and this constitutes criminal livelihood. Next my criminal history record takes place to add more time. 19 years ago I was pulled over with 93 grams of marijuana and because of this, my time as a criminal history category 1, which my sentence didn't increase yet but eighteen years ago I was pulled over with two and a half pounds of marijuana which now put my criminal history points to category 2 (168 to 210 months) in prison. Last but not least my drunk driving from 2012 (super drunk) put me in a criminal history 3  (388 to 235 months) in prison. So to all you marijuana business... men or women... just know all the feds have to do to charge you is say you are federally illegal and that's it.

Recreational marijuana dispensaries have absolutely no protection. And the medical marijuana defenses are barred in federal court in the jurors are instructed to not regard any medical marijuana defense. Oh yeah, just so you know, during sentencing your money or records of money are converted to marijuana by dividing the cash amount by the price per gram determined by them. My cash amounts were converted to grams of marijuana by dividing the cash associated with hydroworld  throughout  the years by dividing the cash by $11 per gram.

So to all your marijuana business owners, Growers, buses, managers Etc... Keep this in mind. If you are owning a marijuana business and renting a building for distribution or growing you will be "maintaining a drug establishment" and if you hire staff you will be the leader or "organizer of criminal activity" and if your business is successful you have you will have achieved "criminal livelihood" and all this can be proved by your taxes, your lease, and your business standing LLC.

Also, the feds can choose to wait to prosecute you so your marijuana quality quantity will increase and even if you won your money back in state forfeiture Court proceedings and your money was returned to you every time, the feds still convert your returned forfeiture cash into marijuana grams. Also keep in mind that every cash into Marijuana grams. Also keep in mind that every plant is counted as 100 grams of marijuana even if the plant is 3 inches tall. If I were to have been charged in 2010, when my conspiracy started (according to my paperwork) I would have only faced 4 years.

Thank you for reading this and please do me a favor and SHARE  this message!

USA v Daniel Dario Trevino - Injustice and the need for Weed Equity in Michigan

By Richard Clement

While the State of Michigan is granting recreational licenses for Marijuana to others, one of our citizens is in jail awaiting sentencing in a federal court for up to 20 years for doing the same thing. Daniel Trevino will be sentenced under federal guidelines for a "crime" that is making cities like Ann Arbor and Evart up to $200,000 a day.  Yet there is no outcry for justice from some in the Marijuana community. As a matter of fact, some of them support the federal governments efforts to keep Mr. Trevino in jail. This is highlight film for social equity efforts because Lansing Michigan is one of the cities on the list for social equity relief to victims of the war on drugs.

Pot Prisoner Daniel Dario Trevino

On August 23, 2019 Danny Trevino was found guilty by a jury of his "peers" in Federal Court in Grand Rapids Michigan on 10 counts of:
  • Maintaining a Drug-Involved Premises,
  • Conspiracy to manufacture, distribute, and possess with the intent to sell marijuana.

Mr. Trevino was convicted of possessing 100 or more plants at a business by the name of Hydro-World in Lansing and Jackson Michigan. Mr. Trevino was operating under state law as defined by the passing of Medical Marijuana in 2008. During that time he was harassed and raided 11 times while other businesses were doing business and making money in the marijuana industry.

#FreeDannyTrevino

This racist policy enforced by Attorney General Bill Schuette and 1st ward Lansing City Council-member Jodi Washington targeted mostly minority business owners and, others who did not have the capital assets to stay in business in 2010 under the Snyder administration. On January 28th, 2020 Mr. Trevino will be sentenced to a term of between 262 to 327 months in federal prison while the state of Michigan grants licenses to new business owners in Ann Arbor, and other cities to do the same thing that Danny was doing in Michigan.

Where is the screaming about States Rights from the Cannabis Community?

What can you do to help Danny?

Between now and January 28th 2020, contact the judge and request that he ignores the guidelines of the US sentencing commission and, recommend that be sentenced to time served. Furthermore, that Mr. Trevino be allowed to apply for a business license under Michigan's social equity program for Marijuana entrepreneurs.

Contact your federal elected officials in Michigan and the President of the United States to commute the sentence because, the people have spoke with their vote to free the weed for the jobs they want and, the jobs we need.  The people support the manufacturing products from the Cannabis plant to create jobs in industries like concrete manufacturing (hemp-crete), clothes, fuel, and other byproducts of the cannabis plant.

Danny Kisses his Daughter Goodbye

To allow this man to go to prison while others make millions is an intolerable injustice. This man must be released and, any elected official that supports this injustice shall be removed by a vote of the people on election day in August and November of 2020.

Make all pot haters pay on election day!

Would You Go To An Attorney to Fill Your Prescription from Your Doctor? The DEA Says Yes!

SINCE WHEN IS THE JOB OR THE ROLE  OF LAW ENFORCEMENT (DEA) TO DICTATE AND DEFINE MEDICAL / PHARMACEUTICAL PROCEDURES AND PROTOCOLS.

This past Saturday, October 12, 2019, I was on the Campus of Florida A&M University celebrating the homegoing of one of the greatest Professors of Pharmacy known throughout the world  Leonard Inge.  A simple poor  kid,  youngest of 13 siblings, from Pritchard Al., who served as President of The National Pharmacist Association, 12 years Florida Board of Pharmacy, 34 years Florida A&M University College of Pharmacy (and I could go on and on an never complete this e-mail)  where his specialty was teaching Pharmacy Law and Compounding.

I was trained by one of the greatest Professors and Iv’e been  practicing pharmacy the same way, using the same concepts, methodology, the same procedures and techniques in Pharmaceutical Compounding as taught to me at Florida A&M University for over 45 years.  Our continuing education on  Compounding Pharmaceuticals (from various sources) mirrors that which was taught to me at Florida A&M by Leonard Inge and other Professors.

So I asked my self what has changed?? The answer points to one very questionable and dangerous practice LAW ENFORCEMENT has intruded into defining medical procedures and protocols.  We see this in the so-called Opioid Crisis, the idea OPIOID medications. are cannot be use for chronic pain are simply not true and is misleading. Further the idea these medications are not to be used in combination with other medications such those use to relieve anxiety (benzodiazopines) , mood disorders or sleep are further in error.
Opioid medications when prescribed and used for long term chronic pain will result in dependency, therefore it becomes the role of the Pharmacist to ensure the patient who is being treated for chronic pain on how to use of this class medications correctly to ensure their safety.

For example, Oxycodone is a very effective medication for treating chronic pain when used and taken at a therapeutic dose. Oxycodone, is effective against most chronic pain generated from the central nervous system. However as with any medication used to treat a chronic condition in order to sustain life the patient may become permanently dependent on theses classes of drug for the rest of their life.

These medications are safe when used correctly and like any medications control or non control when taken beyond their therapeutic doses are dangerous and may result in death. The literature more than clearly show death due to drug toxicity will likely occur when prescription opioid are taken beyond its therapeutic amounts or commitant  use with alcohol, other, substances meds. Most importantly, to this date unless in the case of extreme anaphylaxis, there is no case in the literature when any individual has succumbed to death when given a therapeutic dose of a medically prescribed Opioid.

However, Law Enforcement (DEA, United States Attorney DOJ) in order to seek greater power or authority "stigmatized the disease and traumatizes the afflicted" (e.g. Sangu Delle) they have used heavy handed techniques to target Physicians, Pharmacists, Nurses, Drug wholesalers particular African America and other minorities in this manufactured medical Opioid Crisis Epidemic to promote their funding. In fact DEA is the single most government agency who tactics have the increase cost of medication and healthcare all across America by mis-interpreting purpose and roles of medications needed to treat acute, chronic, neuropathic and psychological, pain. Law Enforcement (DEA, United States Attorney DOJ) have engaged campaign of disinformation to sway the public to a point of that these medications are in deed drugs, dangerous drugs who dosages are red flags indicating abuse and trafficking contributing to the Opiod crisis around America.

When, I was on my way back to the United States leaving Johannesburg  on Air France flying to Paris, and I came across TED.com lectures  and became fascinated, enthralled specifically with the lecture of a Nigerian Professor Sangu Delle concerning Mental health in-which he says “…when it comes to mental illness our ignorance eviscerates  our empathy,”  Professor Delle elaborated, Dans Une etude realisee par Arbole Flores ( in a study done by Arboleda-Flores), when directly  asking people about the causes of mental illness the result were staggeringly sad;

  1. 34%  Cited drug misuse

  2. 19%  Cited divine raft of will of God

  3. 12%  Cited witchcraft and spiritual possession

Professor Delle summarizes, mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and our social well being most people simply ignore or fail to understand causes of Mental illness which include, genetics, Social economics status, Wars and conflicts, or the loss of a loved one. Professor Delle emphasizes, “we must stop stigmatizing the disease and traumatize the afflicted.”
